and joy. Words can motivate us, sabotage our desires, connect us to our power. We will review
key points for setting better intentions and then do group exercises. We will discuss mindset
and focus, rituals, moon wishes, wording, measuring through dowsing, messaging, visualization,
group support, and amplification. Discover how to express intentions through a new perspective
by embracing the elements in sensory stimulation and embodying chakra energy in a multi-
