Gong Sound-Bath Journey
Viola Rose will guide us on a Sound-Journey playing multiple gongs, along with handpan, vocals and other instruments. You can relax, close your eyes and drift and dream, while exploring sound and vibration in a relaxed way. If you would like to lie down please bring your own mat.
Sound-Baths can be incredibly balancing, centering and clearing for the body, mind and spirit, as it vibrates the water in our bodies, and balances brainwave states. This can help us “tune in” to our own inner voice.
